Description

Flex is an on-campus after school program designed with family flexibility in mind, students are not required to attend daily, and parents can pick up their child at any time before the 4:00 PM closing time.

Description

Please Note: This program is not open at the moment. Join the interest list! If we receive sufficient interest, we will notify families when registration becomes available. 

The Flex Program starts on Friday, August 14, 2026. (Although the first day of school is Thursday, August 13, 2026, the Flex Program does not operate on minimum days. Therefore, the first day of the program will be Friday, August 14, 2026.)

ATTENTION TK-K FAMILIES:

  • The Flex Program does not run on minimum days, therefore Transitional Kinder students may begin attending program on Monday, August 24, 2026. Your monthly fee will be adjusted for the first month.
  • The Flex Program does not run on minimum days, therefore Kindergarten students may begin attending program on Monday, August 17, 2026. Your monthly fee will be adjusted for the first month.

The Flex program includes:

  • Homework support
  • Enrichment activities (arts, STEM, games, and more)
  • Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
  • Physical activity and indoor play
  • DUSD-provided snack

Eligibility

  • Open to TK-5th grade students enrolled at the selected Elementary School.

Program Schedule

  • Monday-Friday during the academic school year.
  • Program Hours: School dismissal - 4:00 PM
  • Students may be picked up at any time before 4:00 PM.
  • Last day of the program: Thursday, June 3, 2027.

This program DOES NOT operate on minimum days, holidays, or school breaks. 

Attendance

  • There is no minimum attendance requirement. Students may attend based on their family's needs.

Tuition & Fees

  • $150 Monthly Tuition (non-refundable)
  • $25 One-Time Registration Fee (non-refundable)

Monthly tuition is already adjusted to account for minimum days, holidays, and school breaks.

Please Note:You will see a payment schedule listed as 06/03/2027 - 06/03/2027. No payment will be charged for this date.

Restrictions

Participants must currently be in grades transitional kindergarten to 5.

Registration period

Registration starts on 07/22/2026 and ends on 05/28/2027.

Participants may register at any time during this period.
