The After School Enrichment Program (Pilot) serves as a flexible option for families who need a safe environment for their children after school. By providing light enrichment activities, including social-emotional learning, academic support, and physical activities, parents will have the flexibility to pick up their child at any time before the program closes.

- Start Date: Tuesday, January 21, 2025
- Any TK-3rd grade student that attends Williams Elementary School can participate.
- The program runs throughout the academic school year and meets Monday - Friday, ending Tuesday, June 3, 2025. The academic school days include early release days, which take place on Thursdays. This program DOES NOT run on minimum days, holidays, or school breaks.
- This program has no student attendance requirement.
- The program will operate from school release until 4:00 PM. Students can be picked up at any time before the program closes.
- The program costs include a non-refundable $150 monthly tuition fee plus a one-time non-refundable $25 registration fee. The monthly fee will takes into consideration holidays and school breaks. Please note, there will not be a fee charged for the payment schedule listed "06/03/2025 - 06/03/2025".
Participants must currently be in grades transitional kindergarten to 3.
Registration starts on 07/11/2024 and ends on 05/30/2025.
Participants may register at any time during this period.
